NameDescription
AnnotationAn annotation is a structured set of metadata attached to archived files, composed of multiple user-defined properties. It enables searchability and data retrieval, and is required during both upload and access operations.
Audit LogA secure, cryptographically chained record of all user actions (e.g. uploads, views, exports). Ensures traceability and revision safety.
Export FileA file that has been archived and can be retrieved for audits or reporting. Examples include ZIP, TAR, XML, or PDF depending on the format submitted.
Fiscal DataLegally relevant data generated by systems such as POS applications or security modules, which must be archived unalterably and securely.
LicenseThe field "license" specifies how billing with fiskaly is handled and includes the ID of the corresponding resource.
Procedural DocumentationDocumentation that describes how digital records are created, processed, and archived. Required for compliance in some jurisdictions (e.g. Germany under GoBD). Can be uploaded and archived alongside fiscal data.
Retention PeriodThe duration for which archived data must be stored. This is defined by the customer in accordance with legal or business requirements.
SAFEThe version of the fiskaly archiving service that is integrated with other fiskaly products (e.g. SIGN, DSFINVK DE) and configured via the fiskaly HUB (coming soon).
SAFE flexThe -first variant of fiskaly SAFE. Offers full flexibility to integrate with third-party or custAPIom systems directly, without using the fiskaly HUB (coming soon).
