Audit Log | A secure, cryptographically chained record of all user actions (e.g. uploads, views, exports). Ensures traceability and revision safety. |
Export File | A file that has been archived and can be retrieved for audits or reporting. Examples include ZIP, TAR, XML, or PDF depending on the format submitted. |
Fiscal Data | Legally relevant data generated by systems such as POS applications or security modules, which must be archived unalterably and securely. |
License | The field "license" specifies how billing with fiskaly is handled and includes the ID of the corresponding resource. |
Procedural Documentation | Documentation that describes how digital records are created, processed, and archived. Required for compliance in some jurisdictions (e.g. Germany under GoBD). Can be uploaded and archived alongside fiscal data. |
Retention Period | The duration for which archived data must be stored. This is defined by the customer in accordance with legal or business requirements. |
SAFE | The version of the fiskaly archiving service that is integrated with other fiskaly products (e.g. SIGN, DSFINVK DE) and configured via the fiskaly HUB (coming soon). |
SAFE flex | The -first variant of fiskaly SAFE. Offers full flexibility to integrate with third-party or custAPIom systems directly, without using the fiskaly HUB (coming soon). |
