SIGN FR ensures data security, integrity, and long-term retention pursuant to legal requirements

  • Secure data signing – Cryptographic mechanisms ensure data inalterability, security, and conservation
  • API integration – Fiscal data is provided by the customer via API. Creating records requires setting up Organizations, Subjects, Assets, Entities, and Systems as described in the API documentation
  • Chronological journaling – Each record is cryptographically linked to the previous one, preventing alteration or deletion. This applies to all fiscal data, including invoices, receipts, proofs of payment, duplicates, and grand totals
  • Signature – Signatures are encoded using Base64URL
  • Audit-ready data – Tamper-proof cloud logs capture all user actions—such as uploads, access, views, and exports—making data audit-ready

SAFE ensures secure storage and long-term retention of fiscal data, in line with legal requirements

  • Compliant archiving – Certified Google Cloud data centers in Germany
  • Traceability – Time-stamped and chained audit logs
  • Access – Archives can be generated for any period within the last 7 years via fiskaly HUB or API
  • Consistency – Data remains consistent with original records
  • Reliability – Mechanisms verify data integrity, even after system usage has ended
  • Security – An audit log is written for every operation. Each organizational unit has its own cryptographically chained audit trail
  • Data export functionality – Full export for auditing and compliance, with search and retrieval via fiskaly HUB or API
