Glossary

Organization	Description
Account	The top-level organization in fiskaly HUB. It represents the main entity and cannot be nested inside another Account.
Group	An intermediate layer within an Account, used to organize multiple Units into logical clusters (e.g., one Group per country).
Unit	Represents an individual legal entity. Each Unit corresponds to a specific merchant operating under the Account.

Environment	Description
TEST	A sandbox environment for experimenting, testing integrations, and configuring setups without affecting real data or triggering fiscal actions.
LIVE	The production environment where real transactions and fiscal actions are carried out. Activation is required by the fiskaly sales team.

Role	Description
Admin	A user with full rights, including managing organizations, inviting other users, generating API keys, activating additional services, and requesting LIVE activation.
Regular user	A user with limited rights, invited to an Account, Group, or Unit. Permissions on fiskaly services are restricted.
