Service overview

HUB provides a comprehensive service overview, where the core components of your booked fiskaly services are displayed. Within this area, you can view detailed information, monitor system status, and perform management actions related to your fiskaly services all directly from the HUBโ€™s interface.

To access the service overview, first select the relevant organization and then choose the corresponding service from the HUBโ€™s menu on the left.

Overviewโ€‹

The Overview displays system health and key activity indicators such as:

  • System status and any ongoing incidents
  • Number of initialized TSSs
  • Number of registered Clients
  • Daily Transactions statistics

You also get a list of the latest Transactions and Exports.

Technical Security Systems (TSS)โ€‹

This section lets you monitor each TSSโ€™s lifecycle and confirm that all connected services are functioning correctly. You can see all TSSs registered under the selected Unit, with each TSSโ€™s configuration and current status, and create new TSSs.

TSS details include:

  • TSS ID
  • Version
  • Description (custom name you have chosen)
  • State (current operational status)
  • Transaction counter
  • Signature counter
  • Certificate serial number
  • BSI certification ID
  • Timestamps: Created, Initialized, and Disabled

Click a TSS ID to open a detailed view with comprehensive information for that TSS, such as:

  • Certificate
  • Public key
  • Associated Clients and their status
  • Associated Transactions and their status

From here you can also disable the TSS, update the admin PIN and create a TSS export by clicking the appropriate buttons.

Clientsโ€‹

A list of all Clients connected to the selected Unit, regardless of their linked TSS, with information such as:

  • Client ID
  • Version
  • Client Serial number
  • State
  • Timestamps: Created and Updated
  • TSS ID

Click a Client ID to open its detail view and see the following additional information:

  • Transactions total
  • Client creation date
  • Client update date
  • List of associated Transactions

Transactionsโ€‹

Find an overview of all Transactions recorded across your TSSs and Clients. Transaction details include:

  • Transaction ID
  • Version
  • TSS ID
  • Transaction number
  • Number of revisions
  • State
  • Timestamps: Start and End

Click a Transaction ID to view additional details such as:

  • Transaction type
  • Revisions (switch between them by selecting the latest version)
  • Signature value and Signed data (both can be copied or downloaded)
  • Transaction payload

Exportsโ€‹

The Exports section provides an overview of all generated fiscal data exports, including those currently being processed or ready for download. The following information is displayed:

  • Export ID
  • Version
  • State
  • Exception (if applicable)
  • TSS ID
  • Timestamps: Requested, Estimated Completion, and Start

Each export entry provides a โ€œDownloadโ€ button once the file is available. To access it, click the corresponding Export ID.

Overviewโ€‹

The Overview displays system health and key activity indicators such as:

  • System status and any ongoing incidents
  • FON Status (including information about User ID)
  • Number of registered cash registers
  • Number of enabled receipt validations
  • Daily receipt statistics

You also get a list of the latest receipts and cash registers, with timestamps and their current status.

Signature Creation Unit (SCU)โ€‹

This section lets you monitor each SCUโ€™s lifecycle and confirm that all connected services are functioning correctly. You can see all SCUs registered under the selected Unit, with each SCUโ€™s configuration and current status.

SCU details include:

  • SCU ID
  • Version
  • Environment (TEST or LIVE)
  • SCU state (current operational status)
  • Legal entity
  • Certificate serial number
  • Time pending
  • Timestamps: Created, Initialized, Defective, Outage, and Decommissioned

Click an SCU ID to open a detailed view with further comprehensive information for that SCU such as VAT ID, TAX ID, or GLN of the legal entity.

Cash Registersโ€‹

This section lists all cash registers linked to your SCUs. Here you can find information regarding:

  • Cash register ID
  • Version
  • Cash register state
  • Cash register serial number
  • Description (custom name you have chosen)
  • Timestamps: Created, Registered, Initialized, Defective, Outage, and Decommissioned
  • Initialization receipt ID
  • Decommission receipt ID

Click a cash register ID to view the most recent receipts from that register, including timestamps and current status.

Receiptsโ€‹

The Receipts section provides an overview of all generated receipts, including those currently being processed or ready for download. The following information is displayed:

  • Receipt ID
  • Version
  • Receipt type
  • Receipt number
  • Signature timestamp
  • Cash register serial number
  • Signature status (yes/no indicator)
  • Cash register ID
  • SCU ID

Further information can be accessed by clicking the receipt ID, such as the FON validation status and the signed data.

  • Number of enabled Signers / Clients

Signersโ€‹

This section lets you monitor each Signerโ€™s lifecycle and confirm that all connected services are functioning correctly.

Signers details include:

  • Signer ID
  • State (current operational status)
  • Certificate serial number
  • Expiry timestamp

Click a Signer ID to open the certificate data.

Clientsโ€‹

A list of all clients connected to the selected Unit, regardless of their linked Signers, with information such as:

  • Client ID
  • State
  • Signer ID

Click a Client ID to open the list of associated invoices, with additional information such as:

  • Timestamp: Client Created
  • Client ID
  • State

Invoicesโ€‹

Find an overview of all invoices recorded across your Signers and Clients. Invoice details include:

  • Invoice ID
  • TBAI Identifier Code
  • State
  • Client ID
  • Timestamp: Invoice Issued

Click a Invoice ID to view additional details such as:

  • Registration (indicates whether an inspection is required)
  • Cancellation (indicates whether invoice has been cancelled)
  • Validation link for TicketBAI compliance
  • Transaction payload

Exportsโ€‹

The Exports section provides an overview of all generated fiscal data exports, including those currently being processed or ready for download. The following information is displayed:

  • Export ID
  • State
  • Timestamps: Request and Expired
  • Export size

Each export entry provides a โ€œDownloadโ€ button once the file is available. To access it, click the corresponding Export ID. In this view you also find the exportโ€™s checksum (used to validate the exported fileโ€™s authenticity).

Exports may be restricted by:

  • Invoice issue date
  • Client ID
  • Invoice series

Overviewโ€‹

The Overview displays operational status information and key activity indicators such as:

  • State and mode of the Taxpayer
  • Number of commissioned Systems
  • Taxpayer details (including the current state of Fisconline credentials)
  • Associated Locations

Locationsโ€‹

This section lets you monitor each Location's lifecycle and confirm that all connected services are functioning correctly. It provides a list of all Locations registered under the selected Unit with comprehensive information such as:

  • Name and address
  • State and mode
  • Number of associated Systems

Click a Location name to open its detail view and see a list of associated Systems.

Systemsโ€‹

A list of all Systems connected to the selected Unit, regardless of their linked Location, with information such as:

  • System ID
  • Product name
  • Manufacturer number
  • State and mode
  • Number of issued Records

Click a System ID to open its detail view and see the following additional information:

  • System software
  • List of associated Records

Recordsโ€‹

Find an overview of all Records recorded across your Locations and Systems. Details include:

  • Record type
  • Signature timestamp
  • System ID
  • State and mode

Click a Record ID to view the original record data.

The Overview displays system health and key activity indicators such as:

  • Cash Point Closings status (of the current day)
  • Number of Cash Registers
  • Number of purchaser agencies
  • Cash Point Closings counter
  • VAT definitions

You also get a list of the latest Cash Point Closings and Exports.

Cash Registersโ€‹

This section provides a list of all Cash Registers connected to the selected Unit, regardless of their linked TSS. The following information is displayed:

  • Cash Register ID
  • Version
  • Cash Register type
  • Master Client ID
  • Revisions
  • TSS ID
  • Timestamps: Created and Updated

Click a Cash Register ID to open a detailed view with comprehensive information for that Cash Register, such as:

  • Type
  • Software
  • Base Currency Code
  • Associated TSS
  • Version
  • Number of revisions

Cash Point Closingsโ€‹

A list of all Cash Point Closings connected to the selected Unit, regardless of their linked Client, with information such as:

  • Closing ID
  • Version
  • State
  • Error (if applicable)
  • Client ID
  • Number of Cash Point Closings
  • Creation timestamp and business date
  • Timestamps: Created, Updated, and (if applicable) Deleted

Click a Closing ID to open its detail view and see the following additional information:.

  • Transactions total
  • Client creation date
  • Client update date
  • List of associated Transactions

Exportsโ€‹

The Exports section provides an overview of all generated fiscal data exports, including those currently being processed or ready for download. The following information is displayed:

  • Export ID
  • Version
  • State
  • Error (if applicable)
  • Timestamps: Request, Start, End, Error, and Expired
  • Format

Each export entry provides a โ€œDownloadโ€ button once the file is available. To access it, click the corresponding Export ID
