Switch to LIVE environment

By default, all Units created on fiskaly are in the TEST environment unless the LIVE environment has already been activated. The environment where an organization was created is shown in the top-left corner of the header. You can request activation of the LIVE environment by clicking this indicator or using the dedicated button in the navigation menu.

After your request, our sales team will contact you to sign a contract and enable access to the LIVE environment. Once your account has been approved and activated, you can switch to the LIVE environment and start creating LIVE organizations that represent your organizational structure.

The “Request LIVE” button will then change into a toggle, allowing you to switch between the TEST and LIVE environment views. Note that to create new Units in the LIVE environment, a new API Key must be created in the LIVE environment.
