Connection Loss

As long as the POS system is connected to SIGN IT API, there’s nothing to worry about. SIGN IT Lite will transmit in real-time all transactions to the Italian Revenue Agency.

However, in the event of a lack of connection to our API, or temporary unavailability of the 'Invoices and Receipts' portal, the merchant will need to record the sale through the Emergency Procedure (Registro dei corrispettivi di Emergenza).

This register can be carried out manually on paper or digital form, indicating for each individual transaction:

• Date and time of issue,
• Total amount of the transaction, before and after VAT, and
• VAT amount(s) applicable.
