Storage and Exports

When a synchronous request to create a Verifactu XML file through the SIGN ES API is made, all the information is persisted inside a data storage of the fiskaly GmbH managed server infrastructure.

According to the Verifactu Legislation, systems operating in Verifactu Mode do not require any additional measures for conservation of files, since all the invoicing records are transmitted in real time to the Tax Authority. However, storage of invoices must still be compliant with the Spanish Tax Code and Invoicing Regulations.

The taxpayer must download and save the Verifactu files through the Export functionality of the SIGN ES API.
