Depending on the amount of data, generating exports may take from a few seconds to an hour.

Get the exports via the fiskaly Dashboard

To proceed via the fiskaly Dashboard:

  1. Log into your account and choose the corresponding organization.
  2. In the panel in the upper left corner, toggle on the correct mode (‘LIVE’ or ‘TEST’).
  3. On the left side, select ‘Germany’, then ‘DSFinV‑K’ and ‘DSFinV‑K Exports’.
  4. A new page is displayed with a list of all available exports that have been created before.
  5. You can download one of the previously triggered Exports here.
  6. If you want to trigger a new Export, click on ‘TRIGGER DSFinV‑K EXPORT’ on the top of the page. This will open a pop-up window.
  7. You can initiate an Export for a specific day, or define a date range for the Export. You have two options to select which Cash Point Closings to include in the export: ByCreationDate and ByBusinessDate. The creation date refers to the day the Cash Point Closings were submitted to the DSFinV‑K API. The business date refers to the day the Cash Point Closings are meant for.
  8. For the file format, you can select either TAR or ZIP (we recommend the ZIP format as it is supported by common validation tools).
  9. If you want to limit the Exports to Cash Point Closings of one specific Cash Register, insert its ID in the box at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  10. Click ‘EXPORT’. The pop-up window will close automatically.
  11. Once the Export is ready, it appears on the top of the list. Scroll to the right side and click the ‘DOWNLOAD’ button to download the file.

Depending on the amount of data, generating an Export may take from a few seconds to an hour.
