Storage and Exports

When a synchronous request to create a TicketBAI XML file through the SIGN ES API is made, all the information is persisted inside a data storage of the fiskaly GmbH managed server infrastructure.

The taxpayer must download and save the TicketBAI files through the Export funcitonality of the SIGN ES API.

Nevertheless, the invoices are kept on the fiskaly GmbH server infrastructure for at least 5 years, in compliance with the Spanish regulations.
